Tenant Relations

All of our pet screening for applications is done through a third-party source, petscreener.com. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet required when renting with a pet. 


Monthly fees are based on “paw score”: 

  • 1 paw = $60
  • 2 paw = $50
  • 3 paw = $40
  • 4 paw = $35
  • 5 paw = $30 


Scoring is based on age of your pet, weight, and breed. 



Every applicant must fill out a pet screening application, regardless of pets or no pets.
